I have dietary restrictions when I order food. The staff were very kind in explaining the menu throughly and helped me choose the right meal. I got my food hot and in perfect time. Great friendly staff and quick considering how busy Midtown is.

I ordered a chubby chicken double with extra pickles and the employee gave me a beef burger of some kind. Idk, it had bacon on it.. I ordered a spicy habanero chicken sandwich which was ok. And i asked for extra extra pickles. They put 3 on it. Thr beef thing with bacon was disgusting. I tried to eat it anyways, I wanted chicken not beef, but it was so gross I spit it out. And I can't get a refund because I'm home and busses only run every hour and it's not worth a two hour trip. Please do better next time. So disappointed, sad and hungry and wasted money too. No Bueno.

Went at Lunch time on July 26 and placed an order for 2 large orders of french fries and the large lady who took my order started to cough in her hands. And with out washing her hands or to put gloves on she touched the food and put in a bag. I had to put the bag in the garbage bin. Cost $9. The people who work at A\u0026W need to learn about safety and to wear gloves. This is how people get sick. In my opinion don't eat at this place unless you want to get sick and with workers who don't wear gloves. To the owner I do have a Title. Cheers.!

Ordered breakfast and waited 25mins for the food. 5 other people ordered after me ,they got their food first . It shouldn't take that long for a canadian special and some of the orders were the same as mine.

It's very unhygienic that the kitchen staff was preparing food without wearing gloves, especially after the COVID outbreak. There is a need for proper training.
Like to share that every time I go to the gym I end up buying coffee and water here. The service is always great and they are friendly and smiley. Just want to appreciate the service and knowledge for these workers and brought them chocolates for the fantastic service I always get here.

Stopped here for lunch yesterday. Ordered the Beyond Meat burger, a side of onion rings, and root beer. The root beer was served immediately but it took approximately 10 minutes for my meal to be served. I didn’t mind the wait except the onion rings were cold ? Expected it all to be freshly cooked considering the wait time and the restaurant-level price of $17.

Went to get breakfast and it was almost 10 am and the thin India girl with long hair kept looking at me and refused to serve me. No manners at all and if your staff are going to do this to customers. This was also going to be a huge order about close to $50 so you lost this order and a customer.I just moved to Saskatoon and this is the kind of service people get. Cheers.!
