This restaurant is awesome. Their subs are delicious, the bread is fantastic and the owner is always very kind and greets everyone who walks in. 10/10.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian sub and it is also very, very good!
The folks over at Franky’s are superb! I have been going here for about a year now and I have not been disappointed. They work incredibly hard and provide a delicious Banh Mi. If you are working downtown or just visiting, you need to make Franky’s your next stop for food.

The food tastes great and service is usually fast. However, I have noticed recently they've started skimping down on the ingredients. I just bought one yesterday and the cucumber spices are thinner and the pork slices were either thinner or there was one less slice. I'm not sure. I love this place but I'd rather a slight price increase than less ingredients even though they have bumped up prices and still less ingredients.
