One of the reasons we go to A and W is that we really like the root beer served in an ice cold mug but were surprised when we went there a couple of days ago. Even though we were eating in, the root beer was served in a paper cup. When I asked about the mug they said they weren't doing that anymore. The root beer we got was warm and flat.
