The food here was amazing! We ordered the Cubano and the Brisket Mac & Cheese. The meat was super tender and flavourful, and the mac and cheese had such a creamy, delicious cheese sauce. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their food. The chef even came out multiple times to chat with people and make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. You can really feel the passion behind the food here. Highly recommend!
The owner is very friendly! Talked to him on the phone and came in the day after to dine in. The girlfriend and I had the brisket Mac and cheese which they make the cheese in house! Best brisket and Mac I have ever had. I highly recommend checking this place out and supporting a solid local business
Our family ate at Bistro on B last night and it was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible we tried several different dishes and every single one was packed with flavour and perfectly made. The service was just as impressive. Even though the restaurant was super busy with a long line of people waiting, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. You can tell the owner takes great pride in making sure everything is top-notch.
