Worst food experience, Bombay Chat & Paan has always been our go-to place, but this time it was extremely disappointing. We ordered a Cheese Frankie, and the vegetables and potato stuffing were completely raw and undercooked. When we mentioned this to the lady at the counter, instead of addressing the issue, she started explaining that maybe the vegetables were cut to a different size today, which is why they felt raw. Honestly, that’s not something customers should have to worry about, the food should be properly prepared before being served. Very disappointing experience from a place we usually love.

Bombay Chaat & Paan is hands down one of my favourite spots in Saskatoon for Indian street food! I’ve tried their Vada Pav, Kachori Chaat, Samosa Pav, and Dabeli, and honestly, everything has been amazing. 🤤
But the Vada Pav is easily the best in town! 🌶🔥 The flavours, chutneys, and overall taste are exactly what I look for in good Indian street food.
What really sets this place apart, though, is their customer service and willingness to customize your order. I usually order through Uber Eats and then call them with specific requests. Every time, they take the time to understand exactly how I want my food and make sure my order is prepared accordingly. That level of care and attention to customer satisfaction is honestly hard to find.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want you to enjoy your food, not just complete an order.

Very disappointing experience at Bombay Chaat Restaurant. We placed our order online and arrived at around 10:10 PM. Since the restaurant was closing at 11:00 PM, we asked if we could dine in, and the staff agreed. However, after serving our food, they did not provide any plates, even though there were three of us dining. We had to sit and eat without being properly served. The pani puri was especially disappointing. It looked stale and did not taste fresh at all, which made us question the quality of the food being served. Good customer service includes basic dining essentials and fresh food. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in both areas. We hope the restaurant improves its service and food quality for future customers.

Ordered the papdi chaat and pani puri with a veggie sandwich.
Papdi chaat has Ritz crackers as papdi instead of actual papdi. Pani puri had old puris which were most likely costco brand and smelt very stale. Only got one small (sauce size) cup of potato filling and lady was annoyed when I requested more.
Veggie sandwich was very dry. Paid over 40 bucks and was not happy with quality. If you are hungry this might be a spot but definitely not East Indian street food. Waste of Money!!
