Service was unfortunate. When we finally did get service ( I had to go to the bartender to help) they were unapologetic and self righteous. Love the vibe of the place, food was acceptable, but something that was advertised as spicy was mediocre at best. I will go back, hope for a better experience next time.
It was our first time here. We may try to come back again. The food is good, but to someone who has experience working in a Louisiana Restaurant, I'd say they could do better. Brisket's a little dry, not enough meat/seafood in Jambalaya. Gumbo would be a great addition to the menu, as well as Etouffe and Creole soup. Desserts are great, though, and cocktails. And kid menu would be a the greatest addition.
Food was decent. Despite being totally dead, we had to wait several minutes to be seated, and then waited a while for drinks. We were ready to order, and the server was busy chatting with a coworker that just arrived instead of watching the two tables that had customers.
