It's a touch and go with this shop. You might get some good sausage and other times it's not fit to eat. I bought some garlic dill sausage the other day. The taste was great. But the salt content was unbearable. Out of a package of 4 sticks 2 were really garlicky with no taste of Dill. The other two were dill flavored. Maybe it should be properly mixed. I also bought the triple garlic ham sausage. Not even close to triple garlic. Maybe more like a dash of garlic. Good...
We had Boryski's Butcher Block cater a lunch event at the University of Saskatchewan today, and they were great to work with. The service was friendly and professional, the portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. They were also thorough in providing ingredient details to accommodate dietary needs and allergies, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend them for any event!
