Been several times, however, the last time it was clear that this location has gone downhill. The fries were barely done, the service was horribly slow (we dined in early afternoon when there was almost no one there) and the place just seemed dingy and in need of an update.
3.5/10 for the food just because it’s BPsWe had an older lady (can’t remember her name). She was so kind and not rushing through the service she provided. We really had a great experience because of her. She was nice enough to offer my son a free cheesecake for dessert for his birthday! Haven’t had good service anywhere like that for awhile now in the city.
Went there last night with the family, found a little hair on the drink, however the management went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They dealt with everything in such a professional way, definitely going back, thank you you to our waitress and all the managers.
