The homemade pineapple coconut carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is juicy and delicious. Glad that they offer catering for special occasions. Baker was able to accommodate with a days notice. Support our local non-profit community.
Best frybread in the city. Thick, dense, soft, melt in your mouth, dark golden brown, balanced sweet n salty, perfectly cooked all over, not uneven at all, warm that keeps its temp - not hot or cold. Chewy, soft, moist, snappy gingersnaps. Perfectly toasted bagels n melted butter. Sandwiches that taste homey. Soup n chili is really hearty, aromatic, hot, quality, tastes handmade. They have frybread bannock burgers!
Our daughter Jacky Broberg talked about how good the food is at the Boxcar Cafe. I contacted Jessica re providing fresh fruit tarts for Jacky and Sol Gokavi’s wedding. The Boxcar Cafe was going to be closed for the summer but Jessica came back to work to make the tarts. They were delicious and so beautiful! Thank you to Jessica and the Boxcar !
