Local and welcoming. Although there is no official area to sit and eat your ice cream, which would be a nice added touch, everyone knows you come to stand in the lineup with your neighbors and has a welcoming vibe. Lots of options for hard ice cream, soft ice cream, specialty ice cream.
Chardon is a lovely spot to grab ice cream. It’s always busy (from my experience) so be prepared to wait in line - I waited for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. They’re most know for their dipped soft serve 🍦 I’ve had the chocolate peanut butter in the past which might be my favourite. The toasted coconut is popular which I have yet to try. I had the chocolate coconut this time, served in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It’s on the pricier side ($8 with tax and tip) but...
Best ice-cream place in the city. Shakes were thick and Sundaes were flavorful. The only downfall was the wait; I felt they could have had 2 people helping instead of one serving. But worth the time
