Chef Pan was very friendly and knows his craft well. Our family of three was passing through Saskatoon and found this little Chinese restaurant tucked away in a residential area. We were impressed by the authenticity of the items on the menu and the great taste of the ones we chose. (Shunde is a district in Canton Province of Southern China, which is known for its gourmet cookings.) The owner even offered us their fantastic crafted beer!
THE best Chinese Restaurant me and my family have ever been to. The food was incredible. The service I received from the owners was on a level of it's own from any restaurant I've been to, and the calming atmosphere made for the perfect lunch. I will be back and will be recommending this place to all of my friends.

My parents and I went here for lunch and I have to say it is the best Chinese restaurant in the city. The chicken was so juicy, sauce was delicious, the prawns had so much flavour and even the rice was melted in my mouth. I recommend this restaurant to everyone for authentic Chinese food. Chef Pan and his wife are absolutely lovely and friendly people, you can tell they put so much love into the food and make everyone feel welcome. I cannot exaggerate how much I love this restaurant.

This is the best restaurant and the most hospitatie service I have ever seen in Saksatoon. As a Chinese, If you looking for a authentic Chinese food,they are the one you should come for . Exspecially the Pan Fried Garlic Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk and Grilled Barbecue Duck,you must try. My korean husband love the Pan Fried Garlic Prawn so much. I am sure that your guys will say..OMG, SO DELICIOUS ?.. Even only the simply Stir Fried Bok Choi ,also made me miss the taste of it after gone back to Edmonton . Already made a mind to go again this restaurant in our coming trip to Saksatoon. Highly recommended come and try their food,you will love it.

Went for lunch with a group of friends and had a great time!
We had Jasmine Tea, Rice, Pan fried prawns with salted egg yolk, BBQ beef rib, braised tofu, beef and Chinese green fried noodles, shrimp dumplings, black truffle Chinese dumplings, fried choy sum, bamboo shoots with fried beef.
Everything was delicious and I can't wait for the next time we go back to try more!

Chef Pan and his family were friendly and hospitable. Their authentic Cantonese food was so delicious. We had the lobster dish with the bread crumbs.it was delectable with plenty of wok hei, We also had the duck and greens. Chef Pan prepares and hangs his own ducks. We ate every scrumptious morsel. The food is great! There aren’t very many authentic Cantonese chefs left. Enjoy this one! Joan and Jim highly recommend them. We’ll be back!

Really don't understand why the rating is so high. It's a small space with a shabby decoration and it feels like there is no ventilation system at all. The oil smoke from the kitchen when cooking is unbearable. The food in this restaurant is honestly not the worst, but it doesn't match the price at all. Compared with other restaurants in Saskatoon, the amount of food is very small for the same price. The waiting time is also very long. Maybe people enjoy the service more than the food. Would not recommend to anyone and will not go back again.
