The garlic prawn with salted egg yolk is a must-have and it was amazing! All the dishes we ordered were authentic and the chef was so passionate about cooking and providing a great experience for us!

We were in the neighbourhood and decided to try Chef Pan. Many years ago, it was our “Go-To” location when we were in Res!
We were not disappointed! Chef Pan is from Hong Kong and suggested our meal today. We had the 12 pan fried prawns and large noodles with beef brisket. It did remind us of the flavours of Asia when we lived there as Expats.
