Horrible. Went to pick up an order. They said it would be ready soon. Made me wait for more than 30 minutes. I mean she could have said that it'll gonna take a very long time instead she kept insisting that it would be ready soon. Will always think twice before going there.

Went out for date night. Figured we'd try something new on a thursday night. When we got here there was not a single person in the restaurant so we thought maybe it was just a hole in the wall with delicious food.
We both ordered the chicken parm. After 3 bites I cut my chicken in half and it was still raw, (translucent raw). They were very apologetic and offered us free drinks and food but we just left.

Very amazing!! Every time my family sees on we stop and get the fettuccine Alfredo. We don’t have one where we live so this is always our favourite place to eat at

Horrible service!!!!
They messed up on my order and Added chicken I had said NO chicken, and On top of that, they didn’t give the bread that it always comes with. Manager wasn’t in, didn’t speak to him directly cause he’s in Toronto they said. I spoke with someone on the phone and they told me that the order was gonna be ready at 5 PM and I drove over an hour to come and get it and I’m in a wheelchair. Horrible service, hire people that know what to do.

Some of the best food I have had from Chianti's in 15 years. I've always loved this restaurant, but they've really stepped up the quality like never before. A pleasant pasta cooked just right made in house and fresh and you can tell. A coffee prepared in barista style which tastes awesome. I just can't stop praising this place. Keep up the good work, it is being noticed! Now, I have to give a caveat. The service wasn't excellent and could use some improvement, but I would gladly go back just for the amazing food.

The place was dirty and actually smelled very bad. Bathroom was a horror show. Should have left when the waitress brought me a beer with a glass of ice. I asked what the ice was for? Oh it was for my warm bottle of beer!! Enough said! I’m sure next time we are in Saskatoon the place will be closed probably for health violations!

Good food, great atmosphere! I went with a group of 7. Service was amazing, he was friendly and knew his job well. We asked to split our appetizers 7 ways, and he did it no hassle at all. Definitely will recommend this restaurant to our friends :)

This place has fallen so far from what it once was. Our server was very nice, but that didn't make up for the rest, unfortunately.
I hadn't been here in years, but always really like the ravioli, so we stopped in. The music sounded like it was coming from a tin can. There were multiple spots with armored cable coming out, not terminated. The place felt... monumentally different in every aspect.
Our food came and her dill sauce was split, pasta over cooked, and it literally tasted like water. My food was extremely salty, ridiculously small portion (compared to what use to be), and sauce also split. The bread they brought was also weird.
While I was stating how shocking it was to see this place in the state it was, she mentioned hearing the group behind us (only others there the whole time) stating the same thing.

Horrible!!! I’m very disappointed!! This was the best Italian restaurant… ever! It was run by a great family, had amazing food, and a spectacular atmosphere. Now it is owned by Asians!! The appetizers were served with peanut sauce , and the pasta was chow mein noodles with “Chef Boyardee” sauce!!! The atmosphere is not much different than being in a Chinese restaurant - sticky booth seat and all!!!

This is the worst restaurant. Starting with the front entrance, the glass in door was filthy, the entrance was dirty, cutlery on table was all spotty and the menu was dirty your hands stuck on it.
We ended up walking out. An Italian restaurant run by Asians, not a good combination. Avoid this place

We had a group of four waited an hour for all of our food to get there. No explanation no apologies. It was dead, maybe one other table there.

Very disappointing. Food was good but service was downright terrible. You could hear people yelling and laughing very very loudly in the kitchen. And all the around the waiter was unprofessional. They won’t see me coming back.

Would give it less stars if I could, stood at the entry way and nobody acknowledged us for over 15 mins was about to leave and then someone acknowledged us and sat us. Then wait just as long to get a drink and or food ordered, the place wasn't busy and I should have just left at this point. Food eventually came out and was tasteless, a frozen entree would have been a lot better option. There are a lot of better options in Saskatoon, go to those places instead and don't throw your money away here.

I ordered a large Gnocchi for delivery, and only received half my order at best. The one container that did arrive was about half full, a large order is usually two containers.
In the past I have received bread with my order and was disappointed to see that is no longer a thing apparently.
The Gnocchi itself was oily and bland. Chianti used to be my favorite restaurant. Sadly, I will not be eating from here again as it has gone seriously down hill.
