I love the ingredients they use. Their soup of the day is always a treat, and you can't go wrong with any of their baked goods or coffees. This place is one of the best local coffee shops around.
Carrot cake was good. The cake part was very good since it had good texture and flavour. Not oily as poor carrot cake often is. It would be excellent with a cream cheese icing rather than a sugar icing.Had a sandwich but it was not worth the price. It was fine but not much more.Service was good and nice place. They just need to up their game to be more than three stars

Lots of options to choose from, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. I appreciate how accommodating they are for food allergies. The gluten and dairy free deserts are great.
