“I had ordered some chicken off of Uber eats, and when it arrived, it was the wrong flavor of chicken. I didn't want to make it a huge deal, but I was pretty disappointed considering it was a 35 dollar meal-- and im pretty loyal to the company. so, I called them and let them know I had an issue. I expected only an apology, and that they couldn't do anything to help me. however, when I told them I couldn't pick up the mistaken reorder, they told me to just order something cheap again from that location and they would also send the correct chicken with it. absolutely amazing customer service from the manager there. incredibly kind and understanding! thank you!“

“Super quick service and great customer service through the drive through with great tasting food 10 out of ten for sure!
Parking: Tons of space to park and easy to get around.
Kid-friendliness: Nice and clean and open for the kiddies to sit and eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Was clearly made that it would be easy for people who are using wheel chairs to move around without it being difficult“

“I am happy to say I can give 5 stars, up from 2. The manager reached out, we had a discussion, and he has remedied my earlier complaints(see below). Top notch service, with some growing pains, but no ones perfect.The chicken is so good...a nice change from KFC.Had a code from mobile app, cashier said okay, but no discount was applied. I asked about it and she said well we don't have it. So I backed out, then it wouldn't show up again. Manager said she needed to see it, but since I used it it was gone. Manager just walked away. Terrible for a new franchise. I don't like writing these.“
