The team leader was literally napping behind the till. I stood there for a good two minutes before he opened his eyes and saw me. Food took over 10 minutes to be prepared. It was an underwhelming experience to say the least. If my kid didn't love fried chicken I would never go back.
Went at end of lunch hour. Had to wait 10 min in line, then 20 min after they parked me. Two items in order were wrong. Customer service did refund the items, but I don't have the time or patience to try again.
