First. Our server Sandy was amazing. She was just the right amount of friendly and personable without being too friendly and in our space. Second. We ordered the butcher platter and it was phenomenal. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Will definitely be back. We make pretty good steak at home but this was such a treat.

Absolutely amazing restaurant each time we go. My husband and I went Friday night for our wedding anniversary and had the best experience we've ever had. Our waitress Carissa was very nice and gave us great details for the menu. The food was delicious, the mushroom goat cheese dip is our favourite appetizer, had steak and prime rib and the loaded mashed potatoes. We got sticky toffee pudding sundae for dessert and the staff signed a card for us for our anniversary. The atmosphere is so nice there and the staff is all very friendly. Thank you for making our celebration so special! We will definitely keep coming back!!

Went there last year for our wedding anniversary lunch. Service was great, food even better. We had an appetizer as a gift for our first visit+anniversary. Husband had steak and I had a salad and both were delicious. When we asked for the bill, they even brought us a happy anniversary card signed by the staff. Great surprise. It’s my favourite for special occasions here
The meal was delicious. One of the best tasting steaks I've had in a long time. Top notch taste and quality. Service was amazing.
That being said, portions are incredibly small for the price. Everyone in our party ordered pizza when we got home, including small women. Either plan to eat again after, or eat before you go. Otherwise, you will either leave hungry or poor. Or both.

Our server Kenneth (I apologize for any incorrect spelling of our server's name) made our time at the Chop incredibly memorable. His energy, kindness, and joyful demeanour made for a wonderful experience. Truly. He is an asset to the Chop. Besides his joyful nature, he is efficient and did everything to accommodate our needs. Moreover, the food was excellent, and despite it being incredibly busy, we received our food expediently.

I had met Carissa at a country wedding this fall. She told us about her place of work, Chop. She told me so many great things I couldn’t wait try the cuisine. Last night I had the opportunity! Andrew was our server. What an amazing young man! So knowledgeable! I Started with the escargot stuffed mushroom cups. What a surprise to have them more refreshing in a lemon Panko crust rather than the standard heavy in cheese. I then ordered the steak Neptune and let Andrew my server decide my side for me, which was the Yukon mashed potatoes. They were hit, rich, creamy and delicious! The steak Neptune was cooked to perfection. The side vegetables were cooked beautifully, not overdone at all. I had wanted a glass of red wine with my steak and was unsure of what to order from the wine list so Andrew discussed with me my likes and he brought a perfect Merlot to go with my supper. Andrew was thoughtful, quick with service, but not overbearing at all!
We finished the night by sharing a pineapple upside down cake topped with a French vanilla ice cream. Good to the last bite!
