I was there last week and had the Tuna Tar Tar and a lovely glass of wine. My server Yvonne was amazing and very attentive and made sure that I was not waiting for anything. The food was fabulous and the service top notch. I would absolutely give a 5 star rating across the board. Well Done!! Yvonne certainly sets a standard!! Don't let go of that her. I will be back before I fly out. We need a Chopped in Newfoundland!
I was in yesterday on a date, later afternoon. A young man experiencing some difficulties came in off the street. He sat at a table and I went to check on him. Staff seemed a little unsure on how to respond. He and I talked and he told me he was hungry. I ordered him a meal, talked with staff and they moved forward treating him with so much kindness and respect. As an Indigenous woman working front lines with people like this young man I can become jaded to the world we are navigating....read full review
The service was exceptional last last! However, I have never been served such a thin sliver of Prime Rib at this restaurant or any other for that matter! The veggies were great , potatoes were ok, the au jus tasted like a packaged sauce.
I was very surprised to have had a meal like this there!
