The worst experience. It took 20 minutes or longer just to get drinks. All the waitresses ignored me when I was trying to ask for the bill. I had to go find my waitress then ask to pay.

Quickly seated. Lots of options on draft from ales to hazy IPA to ambers and darker beer. I’m always impressed when the bartender is excited to show off the beer menu. Not afraid to say what they like and don’t like. Food was delicious and every dish that walked by smelled amazing. Opens later on Mondays.

Edited : Nice place to spend your evenings, I only tried appetizers, roasted chicken was amazing! Had truffle fries, shrimp and pierogi taste was good not expensive too Wait time was more than usual but overall good experience Located right in the heart of downtown so parking could be an issue.

Went for a casual date night on Tuesday evening. Walked in and sat down, it wasn’t busy. Was greeted eventually by the sever who promised she’d be back to take our drink orders. We then sat there for over 10 minutes and never saw her again.
We got up and left and the bartender just watched us walk out without saying a word. He was busy socializing.
We went to Shelter and had great beer and tacos within 5 minutes of arriving.

A ton of different craft beer on tap. Likeable staff. Good service, friendly barkeep who remembered me even when I hadnt visited in months. I also enjoyed the background music. I went there another time and the chef made the most amazing chicken I ever had.

Honestly ever since new management took over, this new owner is acting like he's running a night club. Ok so are you the keg or are you Hudsons?! Cause you can't be both. If you to here on a weekend night expect to be turned away. As downtowers in stoon which isn't a proud thing to say tbh, this is completely crazy. This has never been a thing.

We moved away from Saskatoon 8 years ago and recently visited and were so happy Congress is still a thriving spot! The food and drinks were just as good as we remembered!

Wow I’ve never met a bouncer like the one at congress, buddy thinks he’s owns the place we watched him let girls in exchange for their numbers but when 5 guys who wanted to have a nice dinner and beer were denied because they supposedly didn’t have room which was a lie. The old bounce baha was way better

It took me 45 minutes to get a water and a mock tail that I asked for, had to go to the bar to ask for them. Asked for no peppers on my sandwich because I am allergic, there were still peppers on my sandwich. Server was rude and spent 20 minutes at a table while I waited for my water.
