This was always out to-to place for treats but we were shocked at how small the cookies have become. Not worth the price. Taste is always amazing so this is disappointing.

Went to pick up cupcakes for my wife’s work. The young lady at the till proceeds to tell me that no pick up order will be ready till 11am. It’s 10:45. Small order. I com back after 11 am and she makes me wait until two other customers order and get everything they want before handing me the pre-paid items. I will not be back here as a customer. Both orders she dealt with that were walk in were larger than mine. I don’t understand the attitude and repeating not before 11am. Hide behind a policy rather than just help customers. Dissatisfied customer

We have loved getting cupcakes from here for years, but the last two times they have not been good. We always get the minis, but they have been so dry and sweeter than usual. We tried the Shirley temple flavor and it was not good. The cupcake was dry and hard on the outside, but undercooked and tasted like flour on the inside. The icing was so dry and sweet, it just crumbled off. It was smaller than usual, so getting them out of the box without lifting them by the icing and wrecking them was impossible.At $2 a piece, they are just not worth it anymore with this quality.

I’ve always loved their cupcakes, and we ordered a cake from them for the first time this past weekend. The cakes are a bit pricey, but amazing! And they feed a large crew. We fed around 50 people with a 10 inch cake and 18 cupcakes.

I came to the store an hour before closing and they ran out of cupcakes. which was fine because I just wanted to come inside to discuss if they can do some custom cupcakes for a birthday party in a week. The person working there wouldn’t let me come in and said that anything can be done on the website. The website only gives me an option of changing the colour and it’s not what I had in mind. Also I wanted to know how big are the regular vs the mini cupcakes. It wouldn’t take more than 5 minutes just to help me.

Very disappointed with the delivery service of this location. Placed an order for Father's Day cupcakes to be delivered to my husband at work. His place of employment is within the city limits and the Crave website did accept the delivery address, postal code and payment. A day before the delivery I was told that the delivery address was not one that they could deliver too as it was outside of their delivery area - which would have been understandable if their website hadn't confirmed otherwise. The manager I spoke with was kind but didn't seem all that interested in rectifying the situation. When my refund was issued, it was only partial. The $15 shipping fee wasn't refunded, funnily enough, and now I'll have to chase that. On top of all that, the late notice was incredibly frustrating. If I needed to cancel my order I would have needed to give them at least 48 hours notice, but they didn't have an issue waiting until 4pm, the day before delivery, to cancel mine, leaving me without many options for tomorrow. Just disappointing all around.
