Haven’t gotten cupcakes from them in awhile, but bought one today and couldn’t help but notice that the cupcakes have shrunk in size and have less frosting on them. And almost $6 for it?! Guess I’ll only get some when I’m desperate.
Crave saved my butt on Friday! I needed a bunch of cream cheese frosting for a wedding cake on the same day and not only did they deliver quality product, in abundance, they were so helpful and gave me valuable advice on how amounts expected for my cake. Really excellent experience all around. Very grateful for you!
Their cupcakes and cakes are delicious and consistently decorated extremely well. I really appreciate their gluten free and vegan options. Their customer service is fantastic and the online ordering option on their website is very convenient. We choose Crave for every birthday and even had the white 3 tier Bridgerton cake for our wedding. Happy to support such a fantastic, Canadian company. Thank you guys!

Some customers note that certain items, like the raspberry chocolate dipped cupcake, are not as good as they used to be, with a hard chocolate shell.
