Tonight I came through the drive thru at about 9:15 and ordered 2 small blizzards. I pilled up to the window and watching the timer on the monitor, received my blizzard at 4:52. There wasn't any orders ahead of mine. Both blizzards were half melted upon receiving. This isn't the 1st time this has happened.
