Ordered food. And as a ex cook, I could tell they left my food in the warmer. And took awhile to complete my order on the screen which resulted in my food being left in the warmer for longer then it should been. By the time I received my food it was could and the sandwich fell apart in my hands.

Me and my partner come every Christmas, & this time was not very pleasant. They change the maple syrup which was very bland, the hash brows were undercooked, along with our breakfast sausages we got. Address it to the manager and all we were told was “well it was not brought to my attention” when we did tell the server :/
Not completely servers fault, but wish it was handled properly and better.
Oreo Milkshake and toast was good though.

Went to Denny’s for a birthday celebration to get the free Grand Slam, and it was definitely worth it. There were three of us, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated immediately.
We ordered drinks and they arrived right away. The hot chocolate was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the latte and peppermint hot chocolate were perfect. We all ordered breakfast, and overall it really hit the spot.
Our server, Makanzie, was great—very professional, friendly, and checked on us a few times. She helped us with ordering and got everything correct, which made the experience even better.
The omelet was slightly overcooked in my opinion, but everything else was on point. The eggs were perfectly medium-poached, the roasted potatoes were excellent, and the grated hash browns were delicious. The buttermilk pancakes were a big hit among all of us and disappeared quickly.
Overall, it was an enjoyable birthday breakfast and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back again! 😊
