Almost every time I go there it's fairly busy, but that never stops the staff from working through the line and getting you out the door in at most 5 minutes. “Had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service was absolutely outstanding and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and positive especially a staff member named Czarina at the drive thru window, every-time I see her she always has a positive attitude towards me. She’s one of the best staff members, because of her im always going to this Tim Hortons location. My order was made quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. “I frequent this location and the staff make it everything that it is. They are so helpful and kind. I mobile order my partner coffee all the time and they've never had an issue fixing my order if I accidentally order the coffee black instead of my usual triple triple. I've even gone in before and they had made the usual order, against the order sent in, and checked with us that they had made what we wanted (we are so touched that they knew it was my mistake in ordering, while ordering at 6:30 a.m.).
Our coffee order is always right and this is the location we frequent to not have a burnt tasting cup of coffee. We notice that issue inconsistently from other locations; we stopped frequenting the North Millar location for this reason and will now choose the South Millar location if we can't make it to our favourite - Primrose Dr!“
