First time eating at an edo in Saskatoon and it didn't not disappoint. Our food was cooked to perfection. The place was clean and the service was amazing. I honestly could go on and on about this location but I'll just say everything deserve more then 5 stars but unfortunately I can not give more then 5. Will definitely be back.

We ordered chicken and shrimp teriyaki unfortunately after one bite of my bowl I hurt my teeth with a very hard piece of I don’t know what, asked the people in-charge and the cashier said that’s your teeth I said no actually that piece of stone almost break my teeth she called the cook and he said sorry our food is premade we just warm the packages and it must be a problem of the provider he offered me a spring rolls but that is not what I paid for my bowl he tried to excuse then saying must be a hard noodle and he tried to squeeze it and it didn’t break easily I came back to the table and he came to me a few minutes after saying excuse me I think this is teeth I said well now that’s concerning because that is not from me! And we walked away and couldn’t take a picture of the 2 pieces that are like corn! Disappointed he didn’t show any concern!

Both had Sukiyaki Beef. Asked for 3 scoops of sauce lucky if we got 1 total. Also sukiyaki is supposed to have mushrooms. There was not even a single one in either of our dishes.. zero care from two guys working . Not friendly . Food was not good.

Went to this location today with fiancée. The rice for both our meals was undercooked. When we called, They just gave us a hard time about it and refused to make it right. The customer service here sucks. The midtown location is way better.

Do not order the Ramen. It's warm water, with a bag of frozen vegetables, tasteless beef. I tried to add soy sauce, fish sauce, soup seasoning nothing changed. The server was unsure about what to add to the soup. I think things like flavour should be decided prior to advertising this soup...don't you?
