Ordered a set of dry ribs, literally 90% fat. What a joke

This wasn’t my first bad experience — it was the fourth. I let the first three go, telling myself they were just busy. As a long-time regular, I gave this place plenty of patience.
Not anymore.
Food was bland, greasy, and sloppy. Shrimp rolls stuck to the paper and were inedible. Fried spring rolls were soaked in oil. Stir-fried dishes tasted like straight oil. And the worst part: I ordered brisket beef noodle soup and there was ZERO brisket in it.
Service was just as bad — food dropped on the table, no order checks, and my pho only came after I went to the counter myself.
Today made it clear: this place is no longer worth expecting anything from. It does not deserve its reputation as a popular Saskatoon restaurant. I’m done.

Top three Vietnamese places Saskatoon! I come here whenever I crave Vietnamese food and my Vietnamese friends recommend this place. I'm a big eater, so I always order three dishes minimum. My go-tos are the Banh Mi sandwiches, the crazy value Noodle Bowls, and their Fresh Rolls. All a great value! Their drinks are good too, and the menu has something for most people.

Fuh Station 2 3401 8th Street Saskatoon, SK
My love and I stopped at Fuh Station 2 yesterday. We had never tried this place out and typically, we usually get the Vermicelli Noodle Bowls and this was no different.
Upon entry, we were greeted immediately and sat down in a clean, bright and inviting atmosphere. We both ordered the #29 on the noodle bowl part (hers without peanut and mint, and mine without bean sprouts). The bowl comes with fresh, bright vegetables, spring rolls, grilled meats (chicken, beef, pork & shrimp), and a side of fish sauce. I also asked for a side of sweet and sour sauce.
Out of all the noodle bowls I’ve eaten, this one may have had the best flavour. Not only did you get the flavour from the grill, but the it was seasoned extremely well, and was so tender, not dried out. I was impressed with how the shrimp was cooked and presented.
The spring rolls didn’t knock me off my seat, as I’ve had better ones at other establishments, but this noodle bowl was exceptional despite that. The noodles were cooked very well, not clumped and gummy at all. Once mucked up, this perfectly portioned vermicelli noodle bowl provided one of the better meal Experiences from the atmosphere, cleanliness, food service timing, quality of food and the price.
If I had to knock anything, it would be that the service somewhat lacked, in that there were no water refills offered, and nobody came to see how the food was, or if we needed anything further. Despite that, the food stands out, and I would highly recommend Fuh Station 2 to anybody. We’ve never tried the other location, so not sure if it’s the same owners or not.
First time coming and it was so amazing! The food was by far the best we had in a long time! Fresh, quick and lots to go around! Will definitely recommend and will be coming back again!
We have a child with multiple food allergies in our house. I am currently not eating soy/dairy due to breastfeeding. Positive - mentioned this through our online order after calling and discussing with the restaurant. They called us and helped changed the order slightly due to soy that would end up in food from what I had ordered.
However, we also put no peanuts on our order as our son is severely anaphylactic to peanuts and we do not have them anywhere near him. There were peanuts in my food. This is highly disappointing as I was unable to trust that our food was safe and I was quite nervous that he would have a reaction from the peanuts in our house. We were not planning to feed him the takeout anyways, but very concerning nonetheless.
Giving 2 stars because the initial experience seemed to be good with them double checking the soy/dairy but not good with peanuts.

The sweet and sour chicken was so light and crispy. Omg the freshest ingredients and the sauce was so good. Hands down the best fried chicken I've ever had. Amazing. They never disappoint but this dish was the best!
