Brought my partner in for a date night on Saturday. We decided to do the tasting menu with wine pairings but started with a glass of the featured wine first. We both appreciated that our server Leah (?) checked in with us prior to starting the tasting menu, as she wanted to confirm what our preferred dining pace was. We finished our wine, then the bar manager came by and talked us through the next glass of wine and reasons for pairing. Highly recommend if you're on the fence...
Had an incredible evening at Hearth! We had the 5 course tasting menu and every dish had wonderful flavours. The beet and tuna dish was delicious! Great atmosphere, cozy date night!
Our reservation was for 4:45pm for 5 people. When we arrived at 4:40pm we were promptly greeted and asked to follow to our table. The table was for 4, they took us back to the front to redo the seating to accommodate our party of 5. We were seated shorty after. They poured us all water and never asked about other beverages.
