the tables and floors are kept clean. the staff were friendly, even bringing my order to my table instead of calling my order number. the food was delicious, and the boba was top tier.
I called at 8:07 to place a pick up order and no answer so I kept calling until someone answered. They eventually answered and let me know they were too busy to take my pick up order and to come in and place an order. That call lasted 37 seconds which would have been the same amount of time to take my order over the phone. As she told me to come in as they were “too busy” to take my order over the phone, I did.
