I stopped for lunch a couple of weeks ago. The food was basically inedible and I didn't get everything I paid for. I filled in the survey on my receipt and didn't hear back. I emailed the company from their website and haven't heard anything. I would have to say the lack of customer service will definitely drive me away from the Mcormond Drive location and possibly all the rest. I had double down jr(tenders) with no sauces on it, 2 regular pieces of chicken and French fries. The chicken was the greasiest I have ever had. I thought the tenders would be better but the grease had soaked the wrapper right through. The only thing not greasy were the fries. Even the people next to me said it was greasier than normal. It will be a long time before I ever eat chicken from this place again. And I plan to let my friends and relatives know.
