Bought a 12 piece bucket meal with fries, salad & gravy. The gravy was bland, the salad is tasteless. The chicken was poorly cooked, and we found a hair in the fries.Will not be coming back or eating KFC again!

Absolutely horrible!!! Do not order from here! The manager is completely arrogant and rude! Not professional at all! We ordered delivery- we put in the instructions not to leave it in the door step as it’s freezing cold out and we didn’t want to miss them . Sure enough the driver leaves it on the doorstep and we go check 45 min later and sure enough it’s been sitting out there for how long - food is freezing cold. We call to talk to the manager and he argues with me over and over saying “you did not leave instructions” I even took a screen shot of it showing I did.He would not do anything for us. What a joker

We got an 18 piece bucket and my elderly mother-in-law was eating a piece of chicken which had a safety pin in it. Thank God she didn't choke which would have been catastrophic. Tried to call and explain but was not offered any type of compensation. This is ridiculous!

Just ordered a bucket of chicken fries and macaroni salad the gravy was terrible and kfc changed the macaroni salad it’s now white basically everyone stopped eating after a few bites be my last time eating kfc what a complete disappointment your food has become ??

The gravy is water with no flavor. The macaroni salad taste like vinegar. The chicken and batter were soggy. Kfc is off my places to eat. Whoever is running the show here needs to be fired

This location is a disappointment, if Colonel Sanders were alive he would be angry. Tasteless and soggy. Water down tasteless gravy too. Not up to the KFC standards. Avoid this location.

Just ordered $65 worth of chicken and fries online and picked it up. Got home to find no fries, called them and then went back to store to get them . Now our chicken is cold and the children are upset.At the store I was met with questions of what is it I was waiting for, explained again but staff didn’t appear to have a clear idea of what would be expected. Tried to give me a salad but I told them I expected hot fries and even after all this standing around debating, chicken. I even had one female staff come over and ask ‘don’t you have microwave’ stating its not their fault its now cold! (Can you even imagine being asked that! ) Although it is because it wouldn’t be cold if the order had been correct.Eventually send home with fries and 3 pieces of chicken.Mistakes can happen but the total disrespect from the employees cannot be ignored. The attitudes of the argumentative staff have left me no longer hungry and assured that I will not be ordering from KFC again. In the future, I’ll be spending my money at Popeye’s!
