Absolutely horrible!!! Do not order from here! The manager is completely arrogant and rude! Not professional at all! We ordered delivery- we put in the instructions not to leave it in the door step as it’s freezing cold out and we didn’t want to miss them . Sure enough the driver leaves it on the doorstep and we go check 45 min later and sure enough it’s been sitting out there for how long - food is freezing cold. We got an 18 piece bucket and my elderly mother-in-law was eating a piece of chicken which had a safety pin in it. Thank God she didn't choke which would have been catastrophic. Tried to call and explain but was not offered any type of compensation. This is ridiculous!
