Slowest service I've ever expired I have single handedly run full kitchens faster than this it's been over 20 minutes and ever drive through customer has come in with complaints.

Ordered online thru the app. Got 3 free pieces of the extra crispy chicken as promo offer.The original chicken was good. Fries were regular kfc fries lol.However the extra crispy chicken was just too oily and just waaaaay too much for me personally.So I definitely suggest people getting the original chicken.OH AND THE VEGAN CHICKEN IS AMAZING!!!!!

I ordered a 4 piece meal tonight at this location. When I got home they had given me 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. No rib,no breast, no wing. I don’t mind getting a thigh and a drumstick but I don't want 2 of each. Very disappointed.

Order ahead, wait 15 mins, drive there and still wait for 20 mins, have them screw up your basic order and offer another 15 minute wait to make up for it. It wasn’t busy. You get what you pay for, or in this case you don’t get what you paid for. Consistently garbage location.I tried again, last February we got a 10 piece of extra crispy. We got 4 drumsticks and 6 thighs and it was all regular chicken. I just saw that extra crispy is back, and remembered this experience.Basically don’t go to KFC, it’s either undercooked, or your order is wrong, and it’s just turned to garbage the last 10 years or so.It asked me what I’d recommend, I guess the Pepsi if it’s bottled, and I like the seasoned corn, but I’m sure that’s somehow gotten bad.
Disgusting food. Will NEVER go there again. And the drive through order was also wrong.

I do not order chicken very often but it seems k-fry is consistantly getting worse. The chicken always seems under-coated and the fries are terrible. The container for the fries now means they are cold from the five minute drive home. The cole slaw is meh. Time to retire the old colonel cause the chicken sure lacks the excitement from bygone years.

Ordered the favorites bucket and got home with no popcorn chicken. Called them up and they admitted someone else got my popcorn chicken and then wanted me to drive back and get mine. I told them they should deliver. Why should I burn my gas because of their screw up. They refused to deliver. Not the first time they have done this. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS KFC AGAIN. I WILL DRiVE TO PRINCEALBERT AND GET CHICKEN BEFORE I WILL GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE
