KFC offers quick service with great food. Customers enjoyed the original chicken, fries, and vegan options. Some found the extra crispy chicken too oily. The staff is friendly, and the location is easy to access. The gravy quality and availability of crispy popcorn chicken could be inconsistent. However, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is accommodating, providing fresh food even close to closing time. While online ordering may take longer, the in-store experience offers faster service, though the attitude of some employees could be improved. Overall, KFC provides tasty and convenient meals for those craving the Colonel's classic flavors.
