KFC is a hit or miss. The gravy can be either disgusting or decent. The staff can be rude, and the waits are horrible. The Toonie Tuesday deal is misleading as it ends up costing more. One customer received greasy and raw chicken, and when they complained, they were told to bring it back. The total bill for unsatisfactory food was over $55. Overall, the experience at KFC was not great, with issues ranging from food quality to customer service.
