The java rice was mid. It tasted like normal white rice but colour yellow. The siomai was okay. The siopao, however, is really good.
As a Canadian born and raised, I had never tried siopao before until my Filipino friend told me about Marvin’s. I finally gave it a try and I was really impressed! The bun was incredibly soft, the filling was flavourful, and everything tasted fresh.
Now I understand why my friend recommended it. Great food, friendly service, and definitely a hidden gem here in Saskatoon. I’ll be coming back for more!

Tried Marvin’s Siopao today and I can honestly say it’s even better than the famous siopao places back home like Ma Mon Luk and Chowking in the Philippines! The bun is super soft, the filling is full of flavour, and the quality really stands out.
Hard to believe you can find this level of authentic Filipino siopao here in Saskatoon. Definitely a must-try! 🇵🇭👏

Stopped by Marvin’s today and finally tried their famous siopao — now I understand why they’re always selling out! The bun was super soft, the filling was generous, and the flavour reminded me of authentic Filipino siopao back home. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food.
The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Great to see a local Saskatoon business bringing this kind of food to the community. I’ll definitely be back to try more items. Highly recommended! 👏

Siopao tastes good but the Spanish bread has weird (fishy) smell.

Food has gone down hill, keep the quality and charg more, people are willing to pay for the original product. This comes from being a restaurant owner for 50 years. Please take my advice.
Owner is rude. I could never support a business that talks to people this way.

This is definitely NOT the best siopao in town. Its mediocre at best. They even charge you extra for siopao sauce! Disappointed

Yummy siomai and siopao here, I like that they have different options on combos as well, the staff are always friendly, the space is small if you want to sit and eat but we've always ordered it to take out
Would definitely recommend!

10/10. Foods good, sure. But the pretty lady was sweet and slipped me an extra one. I noticed too late to thank her but God bless!

Love their siopao and siomai. They have fast service and friendly staff too.
Good food...and friendly staff...sometimes it is not just the food why customers are going back to your store, having a friendly staff is another one...please continue showing your customers good manners...your business will continue to grow.
