Honestly, I used to go to this McDonalds growing up. It was always known to be the freshest, hottest food at this location. I went today and was disappointed, have given it so many opportunities prior as well. Food is cold and seems to be sitting for some time. My fries were not to the standard and were sweet so almost like someone put sugar in the salt shaker. McNuggets were cold. I’m over it, hopefully they can figure it out. Also ordered breakfast and found paper in my sandwich, hashbrowns were old and cold. Will never be back.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in Saskatoon. Orders are never right, the drive-thru is always broken down and it's always trashed on the inside and messy. I was just there today and I ordered a McChicken sandwich and I thought that was pretty simple. But whatever received was a filet-o-fish in a grilled chicken box. It took about 15 minutes just to get our food from the checkout window because everything was so messed up and they had to double-check our food three different times just to confirm it was the right order....but it was all so wrong still Such a disgrace to do your job that bad for something so simple. luckily I like fish sandwich.

Horrible staff They didn’t even punch my code incorrectly so I didn’t get my points they tried to charge me for 4 extra big Macs complete incompetence they can’t even speak English half the people working there. recommend going to a different McDonald’s or Burger King.

I went through the drive-thru and the service was really slow. I waited way too long just to get my order, and the staff didn’t seem organized at all. No apology or explanation either. If you’re in a hurry, this is definitely not the place to go. Really disappointed with how poor the drive-thru service was today.

Pathetic service and mess all around. I went to pick the order and there was pile of used cups in cooking area near sink and food was on the floor. They were serving with gloves. I saw some halloween bucket lids falling on the ground and the employee picked those crushed lids to serve the customers again. Really poor service and hygienic sense of the employees.

I ordered two large lattes but somehow the staff managed to serve me two large cups of hot milk. Zero coffee in there. How is your staff so bad that they forget to add coffee to a coffee product? It was definitely not worth the 20-30 minute wait time in drive thru. I will never be returning here, enough is enough.

Went for a mobile pickup, waited 15min for 2x sandwiches which should have been ready. People arriving after me got served much sooner, and my order wasn’t even showing on the screen for In Progress! They cleared the order without the food being ready? Failing to understand what happened to my order, approached the counter and waited several minutes only to be asked if i wanted grilled or crispy?!! Meaning, they didn’t even start preparing my order?! I ordered Chicken Grilled sandwich (which should already show up in the order details) so why would that be a question and would delay in preparing my order? Won’t be coming back to this location! Terrible customer service!
