Went to have a quick lunch with my mom. Got cheeseburgers and poutine. The buns to our burgers were as if they sat out all night, and the poutines were dry. Why do the employees act like they pay for the condiments the customers food takes? The only woman working the register was too busy bagging food to pay attention to the customers that were lined up out the door! Terrible service, and truly disgusting lobby. Why don’t they have people cleaning up?

There is a lady old asian lady and i asked abt my online order she turned her face and never answered my question. Thats BS. She showed no sign of respect for driver and walked out. i waited 45 minute for my order and she kept giving order to drive thru or in person while i waited there and waited and waited. This is crap and management here is fully disgusting and desrespectful too. i would never ever eat from this store at all in my life Crap place
