I was at the Preston Avenue South location this afternoon and when I was greeted at the drive thru I got a "hello?".... no welcome to mcdonalds...no polite greeting... just a hello as if I was bothering them.w When I inquired at the window I got told it was because of the volume.... and I was only 1 of 3 cars.
I asked Manager Rueben about this and got a we'll look into this...nice customer service. I'll be calling the GM tomorrow and doubt I'll be back for recommend this restaurant...read full review
