I am floored with the customer service of this place. I went in to pick up my pizza and was told it would be a couple minutes. No problem at all, I was early anyway. Lady in the back came out and said the pizza they had made had a bubble in it and was not up to their standards. They came out a few minutes later with both pizzas (both of which looked great btw) and they offered me the other one, no extra charge! Amazing! Not only did they maintain high standards but they gave me free food. Way to go swan, keep it up!

It’s pretty hard to screw up pizza, yet this place manages to do so. Thickest layer of cheese that does not feel fully melted and can fall of the slice completely. Floppy undercarriage and overly greasy bottom; the box was covered large volumes of grease. The toppings were either soggy due to the grease, or just plain tasteless - the “spicy chicken” wasn’t even spicy. The ok thing with the entire pizza was the crust, but when the crust is the best part you know you’re doing something wrong.
