Placed a relatively big order a few hours in advance for the grey cup. I had to wait 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I got a coupon for a medium pizza, but that doesn’t excuse the delay.

I ordered a large pizza from Red Swan Pizza and it was fantastic. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh, generous, and full of flavour. You can tell they take real care with their ingredients.

This location is unfortunately really bad. The pizza is over baked. This is the 2nd time this year Ive had it from this location. First time friend ordered in February and I just ordered a couple days ago. The other locations are good, this is a particular store issue, and given other reviews, they sadly dont want to listen

I ordered large pizza from this location for the first time and got delivered to my home. It was so fresh and hot, plus the delivery person was so nice and waited patiently for us to open the door. So far, i loved the pizza from this place and my friends enjoyed it too. I recommend everyone to go this store who is craving for something fresh and delicious.

So, the food is good. But ordering pickup is an absolute nightmare. I ordered pickup and I was told 20 minutes. It took almost an hour for my pizza to be done. This seems to be a common problem with this location, as I was waiting there were several ither people waiting a long time. I have been ordering from Swan since they opened. But I think I will have to start going somewhere else.
