My wife, son and I had a bite to eat before our flight to Calgary. In the Calgary Airport my son became violently ill and lasted on the next flight to Kelowna. Leaving the airport he also got the runs. He had the chicken stripes and waffles. Definitely food poison!

Got sat, waited 25 minutes and no one came to take drink order or even acknowledge us, a party of 4; We had to flag someone to take our order yet the waitress said (assuming to their manager) hey can you take their order. He begrudgingly walked over, did not make eye contact. Why is this place even open. 4 staff are slowly walking around and one person could easily handle the amount of tables that were there. I would rather go next door to Tim Hortons.Onion rings were cold. At least Philly steak was hot. No one came around while we ate and had to flag down someone to pay.Better training is needed for staff / customer service and how to be a human being. Save your money.

Had an hour and 20 minutes before boarding so I decided to sit down to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant wasn’t busy so frigid have enough time but it took over an hour to get my food and had to get a box with it to take on the plane. Food was good but service from the bartender sucked and probably wouldn’t recommend eating

I keep wanting to like this restaurant. Most of the time, I leave unsatisfied. I fly a lot for work and this is the only sit down restaurant past security. I've tried many of their dishes. The portions are good, the prices are high (common for airports) but the food is just lack luster. Occasionally they try to expand their horizons by putting dishes like Banh mi on the menu, but those have tended to be worse than their regular fare. I'm not sure if it is just all pre-made food, or unfresh ingredients or uninventiveness in the kitchen. Whatever the case, the food is safe (I've never gotten food poisoning etc) and it comes out hot, but none of it is memorable or particularly tasty. If you need a hot meal before flying, this will provide. Otherwise I would get your food before crossing security.

Closes soooo early. Was dining in, had to run to my gate quick to talk to the agent, came back and was turned away. Sign says it closes at 8pm but was turned away at 730. There’s still flights waiting to leave for the next almost 3 hours. This entire airport is completely shut down by 730. What are people to do in this place?

I’ve found this restaurant mediocre in the past but during a recent delayed flight we grabbed supper here. Despite being completely swamped, the staff were prompt, attentive and the food has improved since our last visit.

I would give this restaurant zero stars for service if I could. I waited over 5 minutes to be seated while the hostess played over phone. At one point she even looked up and smiled at me, then went right back to her cell phone. Let’s hope the food is better than the service.Wheelchair accessibility: Barrier free. Wide aisles.

Good chicken burger (not huge like a Popeyes but really good flavours). Some of the tastiest well seasoned fries I have ever had.

We had 20 minutes to grab something to eat before our flight and we were in, sat down, fed, and payed in 15 minutes. The staff was so nice and were very happy to make sure we were fed before we boarded. And the food was great too!

I entered the restaurant and my first greeting was " We close at 8pm". It is currently 7:13pm, I sit down and my next greeting is " the kitchen is closed, you can't order food"I say to the bartender, what kitchen closes 47 minutes prior to closing, as a successful restaurant owner in 4 major cities, I would fire my staff. The last 20 minutes is key to customer service.Anyway completely turned off by their attitude and extreme lack of customer service. I will never enter another refuel restaurant and ensure that it is boycotted through my hospitality network.

I always have a quick bite before my flight here, reasonable prices and very friendly staff.

Stopped here for a quick bite before my flight, had the gyoza as the staff said it was their favourite. It was delicious and the perfect amount for a small supper.

Service was my main disappointment. Too long a wait for service & the food delivery was too long as well. The managers response was a false excuse & apology. Lucky for them they have no competitors.

Food is overpriced for the quality. But they know you don't have options at the airport. The spinach dip is good but if you get it to go they give you smaller portions. If you get their butter chicken and ask for extra rice in place of the naan bread they will charge you extra. They said rice costs more than Naan Bread! The waitress didn't know what utensils were.. I wish there was other options.Next time I'm hungry at the airport I'll order from skip the dishes or Uber eats and get it delivered to the airport if I have time to wait!
