Had an hour and 20 minutes before boarding so I decided to sit down to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant wasn’t busy so frigid have enough time but it took over an hour to get my food and had to get a box with it to take on the plane. Food was good but service from the bartender sucked and probably wouldn’t recommend eating

I keep wanting to like this restaurant. Most of the time, I leave unsatisfied. I fly a lot for work and this is the only sit down restaurant past security. I've tried many of their dishes. The portions are good, the prices are high (common for airports) but the food is just lack luster. Occasionally they try to expand their horizons by putting dishes like Banh mi on the menu, but those have tended to be worse than their regular fare. I’ve found this restaurant mediocre in the past but during a recent delayed flight we grabbed supper here. Despite being completely swamped, the staff were prompt, attentive and the food has improved since our last visit.
