I went to this Starbucks today and ordered a grande London fog I was charged $7.50. The price of a grande London fog is 5.95. I personally worked at Starbucks for 3 years so I was not happy with the over charge for the drink. I then asked for a cup of ice water and they told me i would have to pay for that aswell. Be careful when you are ordering drinks from here who knows what you are paying for š«£
the usask starbucks gets super busy during peak hours, so definitely expect a bit of a wait if youāre ordering in person. from my experience though, ordering ahead through the app makes things way faster and smoother, so iād recommend that route. the staff work hard and do their best to keep things moving, even when the lineās crazy long. really appreciate their effort and patience.
politely advised.

I would avoid this location if you're in a rush or have anything important to do. The service here is extremely slow, and itās a daily occurrence to see long lines of people waiting for their orders, which clogs up the entire place. While itās not a bad franchise overall, the inefficiency is frustrating. Additionally, the customer service can be dismissive and inflexible. For example, I asked if I could use my university's RCC to purchase an item, and they refused, even though I know friends who have used RCC for non-food purchases at this same location. If speed and customer flexibility are important to you, this might not be the best choice.

They rang up my order to purposely make it more expensive. I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso but I subbed the syrup with another. On the app this costs 5.65. I was charged over 7$ cause they rang me up for the oat milk shaken espresso. They also gave me a grande upon getting it. I tried to tell them I was over charged and given the wrong size. They fixed the size but I was never offered a refund for my overcharge. She kept explaining that they did it that way because it was ācheaperā despite me trying to explain I was being overcharged. I donāt think Iāll ever be ordering at the counter again only mobile orders from now on so I donāt get robbed

This Starbucks within the USASK Murray Library is bustling during the Fall and Winter seasons, but quieter in the Summer. While it's pricier than Tim Hortons, the coffee offers a more enjoyable flavor.
Kid-friendliness: This located inside the library.

They don't collect points, and its pretty busy. Regardless of that, it's a good place to get drinks and snacks. The employees are nice.

Staff need more training. Apparently yoh can't redeem points here.
