Try different location this one sucks. Rude lady at the counter doesn’t know anything about customer service told her twice I need Grande still charged me for venti. Couldn’t understand simple English. Kept on ignoring me to take order was busy massaging other employees on their arms ignored me for another two minutes. Highly unprofessional behaviour check out other reviews seems a regular occurrence.

Very bad experience ,the girl who make our drinks doesn’t have any sense to give the cups to customers seriously i feel like she is throwing cups towards us ,please i am requesting manager please tell your employees to show respect how ta make order nicely ,thanku

Love ❤️ this location! The staff is always very friendly and they do their job very well. They also always have a good selection of new inventory of cups and home extras to buy. I’m here at least once or twice a week.

Came here for a drink only to find out sadly I didn’t have enough money but the barista didn’t catch her name was still kind enough to make my drink even though I didn’t have enough, didn’t have to do that but still so kind of them! Been here a few times and they’re always so nice!

I had a really frustrating experience at Starbucks. I simply wanted to exchange a $10 bill, but the barista told me I had to place an order first. So, I did, but then she told me I couldn’t get the change because I paid for my order with a debit card. I had cash on hand to exchange, but she said that wasn't possible, which made no sense to me. This wasted my time, and I ended up missing my bus. The lack of clear communication and the inconvenience was really disappointing.

It's almost unbelievable that the staff couldn't tell me the difference between their two espresso beans. On-top off that they were so rude just because I asked. the cashier did not know about what it's an Alto Americano and Because of that I received really poor and bad service and product. Not coming to this location ever again.

Jay and Madison welcomed me with a big smile and you can feel their amazing positive energy; atmosphere and you can tell they love what they do !! Employees like them are hard to find; so I hope you value them and realize how blessed you are !! (When you go to "other coffee places" ... you usually don't feel this ... If you really observe; employees look sad; disappointed and want to leave their jobs. They are not appreciated .They have a "big turn around" of Employees).... THANK YOU !!!!! AWESOME !!! SUPER AWESOME !!

We were siting for a while and they forgot our drinks, when I reminded them they were very apologetic and treated us very well. very good experience, highly recommended.

the worst service in Saskatoon, today I wanted to buy a Frappuccino, the service was slow, I ended up getting a cappuccino, I wanted a refund, they returned it without tips, I paid for my wasted time
