I just started keto and looked these guys up to find some keto friendly treat options, and they definitely did not disappoint. Fresh made local options were abundant, and I even got a free sample. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. What's more, they even provided a grocery bag. Take my money

Been a customer for years! My go-to for Keto items; from MCT Oil to chips to baked goods, they have it all. Always a warm welcome when you enter the store. Love supporting this business!

Pretty helpful staff some of the prices I thought were high but then all keto stuff is expensive lol ... Thanks to the gentleman that helped me out today... Btw them chips were Damm hot hahaha
