I’m leaving this review mainly for a supervisor named Chris, but it applies to everyone including the store owner/manager. I have been coming to this location for some time now, I live in the north end and it’s close. When you walk in your feeling like “family”, the staff welcomes you by your name and your order is already up on the tray, you just need to pay. Pam and Karis who works evenings when I show up is very friendly and welcoming, she does a wonderful job of remembering...

Everything was great, as usual from this location. My only issue is with the APP. I have to login every time I am there. Why have an app if it doesn't work 90% of the time? Can't even find a phone number to call their head office.

The 51st St location is the best in the city in my opinion. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and always smiling. I find that the beef from this location tastes like it always has whereas the 8th st or Sutherland locations seem to have a different spice or taste that is not at all pleasing. I have never had a bad experience from the 51st St location. Keep on being awesome! Merry Christmas to all the staff!!
