While I usually find the food and service we receive to be good, I am disappointed that when I order ahead on the app, the food is not ready when I arrive at or after the estimated time. They do not start making the food until I arrive and really not until they know you are here for that order. I arrived on time and watched them prepare three other orders until I asked when ours would be ready. It was not busy. From the estimated time I waited another 15ish minutes while they made up our order.

The 3 women working were snarky, slow it took 7 minutes to make 2 tacos. I was the only person there. They refused to give me hot sauce and when i asked for napkins they rolled their eyes at me. Will not return there due to the workers attitudes.
