While I usually find the food and service we receive to be good, I am disappointed that when I order ahead on the app, the food is not ready when I arrive at or after the estimated time. They do not start making the food until I arrive and really not until they know you are here for that order. Stopped in recently and the staff was very nice. It was a good experience. I've known about this location for ~20 years, and it is very consistent, in my experience. Plus, they have churros now.
