We arrived one minute before closing and kindly they let us in…wow we were coming from Montreal on a road trip and wanted to buy a few breads because our daughter highly recommended the place on her trip toward BC. Super people super food. We bought the breads. Yeah and the were fantastic. Strongly recommend the bakery.
I was visiting and wanted to find a good bakery. I saw good review for this one and decided to check it out. Ordered a pain aux raisin and a chocolate rye cookie and a latte. The latte was good, so was the cookie. But the pain aux raisin was NOT good. Too dry. Not crispy or flaky. More bready. Definitely not what it should be. I asked the staff about it, wondering if it was just a bad batch, but was informed that "this is the way they always are". Would not trust that...
