It was nice. I wasn't too hungry so I had some calamari and chicken fingers. It was well made. As anyways in almost every place I've had calamari, they tend to deep fry it in over used oil so it comes out heavy than it should.
We ate in the train car. Was disappointed that there was little to no air conditioning in it - it was really too warm in it, but the ambiance was nice.
Our group also had the lasagna and ravioli and spumoni and all said it was delicious.

We are from out of town, and arrived at The Spaghetti Factory for dinner on Saturday evening.
We were seated immediately, and our server (Riley?) was lovely and attentive. There were no issues with receiving drinks or taking orders.
The food came out in a timely manner. Three of us were happy with the entrees we had ordered - one seafood fettuccine and two bbq ribs. Unfortunately, one person requested the 8 oz. New York steak. It was immediately noticed how thin the meat was. As we delved into our meals, the person having the steak dinner noticed that at least half of the 'sad looking' piece of meat was gristle - and totally inedible.
When our server came over to ask how things were, it was mentioned and shown to her. She then advised that she would let her manager and there cook know.
As the rest of the table finished fair meals, no one came to our table regarding the issue. Our plates were cleared away and we had our coffee and ice cream.
When it was time to pay the bill, we asked if she did in fact advise her manager and she reported that she had.
We were very disappointed in the one meal. If steak is on your menu, it should be a decent and edible piece of meat. The gristle and inedible chunks left on the plate clearly show that it was not.
As well, if you have a customer that has a concern brought to your attention, it should be dealt with immediately - and not disregarded.
We all left your establishment feeling we certainly didn't get what we paid for - or what was advertised on your menu.
We were very disappointed in th

Amazing service. Waitress was lovely and when my husband's food came out with spaghetti instead of fries, she was super amazing at getting it fixed right up!

My husband and I dined for the first time at this location back in June, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We’ve always loved the Old Spaghetti Factory at other locations across different provinces for its excellent customer service, but this time the service didn’t live up to the high standards we’re used to.
Our server, Kailyn, was inattentive and seemed rushed the entire time. When we were ready to order, we had to flag down someone else to let her know we were ready (she was standing by the bar chatting with a co-worker). To make matters worse, while we were still eating, she kept coming by asking if we were ready to pay. I told her I was still waiting for my dessert, but she didn’t seem to listen. Even while I was eating my dessert, she asked again if we were ready to pay. I asked her politely to let us finish our food, but she just turned around without saying anything.
The table beside us had a server who was attentive and polite. I didn’t get her name but she was a short-haired girl with glasses, and her service was exactly what we expected from this restaurant.
Kailyn, on the other hand, had zero customer service skills. She seemed like she was in a rush to get us out, even though there were other guests still being seated and ordering.
Also, when I asked for milk for my coffee, they brought it in a regular glass water glass, which was so strange. Normally, they provide a small cup specifically for milk.
It’s disappointing that this location doesn’t maintain the same standards as the other Old Spaghetti Factory locations we've visited. Kailyn could definitely benefit from some lessons in customer service. We will likely return to other locations, but this one didn’t live up to the reputation of The Old Spaghetti Factory that we know and love

Got a booth no problem. Order was taken in a timely fashion. Drinks arrived no problem and salad and bread arrived no problem.
Then we waited... And waited... And waited... Took over 40 minutes to receive 2 chicken piccatas and a lunch sized spaghetti and meat sauce.
While the wait staff was friendly, she was not very attentive. She was not clearing dishes as we went along. Just continued to pile things onto open spots on the table. We started to pile the empty plates because there was no room. We had to ask her to take the empty plates. We ended up asking for the complementary ice cream, teas, boxes and check all at once as we were nearing 2 hours by the end of it.
The danger was also a slight concern for us. The wait staff was delivering loaves of bread to the table by stabbing a knife in the loaf and walking blade up with dishes in her other hand. Normally, I wouldn't be bothered, but she grazed me with the loaf while walking by mere inches from the knife. The complementary teas were nice but the hot water was brought over in these glass flasks, rather than a pot. The only to pour the water was by grabbing the collar of the flask, everywhere else was too hot. And because of it not having a spout, the water just poured down the side of the flask and back all over the table and plates.
I've been to the Toronto location and now the Saskatoon one. We'll definitely skip it next time.
