Went to order ice cream and we were waiting to be serviced. Both employees are on cell phones. Even after we told them we’ve been waiting; she responded with a rude respond of “I didn’t hear you”. Cutomer service 101 don’t be rude to customers if you hate your job.

The Sugar Shack is a popular hangout spot where friends and families can enjoy delicious food and a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful, making visitors feel welcome. The ice cream is amazing, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from, including dairy-free options like Dole whip, and the ice cream cones are quite large. The restaurant offers a good selection of concession food, with talk of smash burgers, hot dogs, and many delicious things. Visitors often praise the delicious loaded farmers sausage, which is caramelized on the outside, along with perfect fries. The grilled cheese is rich with cheese. It is located right beside a spray park, making it a kid-friendly place to bring children. The Sugar Shack is a lovely spot with a cozy atmosphere and a great place to relax with friends. It is open until 10 most nights, offering good ice cream treats with the rivers glowing reflection. The Saskatchewan River with an ice cream is a 100% recommendable experience.
