This 22nd Tims provides amiable and effective service together with a continuously enjoyable experience. The breakfast dishes and baked products are consistently wonderful, and the coffee is comforting and fresh. Both short trips and extended stays are made pleasant by the spotless and well-kept interior. I adore how spotless the restroom is????
Staff are usually friendly and relatively quick. Clean compared to other locales. Standard Tim’s fare, reliable.

After a terrible experience at the Betts ave timmies, I went to this one. Infinitely better! Was greeted as soon as I approached the speaker in the drive thru. "Hi welcome to Tim Hortons I'll be right with you" THATS customer service. And the guy at the window was super friendly, nice big smile. This is how I want to start my day. If you're heading down town or to circle drive from Kensington, don't even bother going to the Betts ave location, just come...
